The State Government may, apart from Member-Secretary of the Board, appoint a Secretary to the Board and one or more secretaries to Committees and sub-committees of the Board not below the rank of Deputy Labour Commissioner, Government of Uttar Pradesh and other officers and staff to the Board, Committees and sub-Committees, as it may think necessary for the functioning of the Board Committees and sub-Committees.
