A notice referred to in sub-section (2) of Section 19 shall be displayed in physical form or electronically in Hindi and English at the conspicuous places in the premises of the workplace in which the employment is carried on, so that every concerned employee would be able easily to read the contents of the notice and a copy of the notice shall be sent to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator and regional Additional/Deputy Labour Commissioner having jurisdiction, speed post or electronically within forty-eight hours.
