The Lakshadweep Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Central (Amendment) Rules, 2020, the Industrial Dispute Act (Lakshadweep Amendment) Regulation, 2025 and any rules framed under the Industrial Dispute Act 1947 by the Administration Union Territory of Lakshadweep are hereby repealed:

Provided that any order issued or any action taken under the aforesaid rules and regulations so repealed, shall be deemed to have been issued or taken under the corresponding provisions of these rules.
