Rule 47. Manner of serving notice by the employer for intended closure under sub-section (1) of section 74

Official text

If an employer intends to close down an industrial establishment he shall give notice of such closure in Form-XIV to the UT of Lakshadweep Administration and a copy thereof to Secretary (Labour), UT of Lakshadweep Administration, by e-mail or registered post or speed post.
