Rule 30. Conditions for submission of draft standing order in similar establishment under sub- section (10) of section 30

Official text

In cases of group of employers engaged in similar industrial establishment may submit a joint draft standing order under section 30 and for the purpose of proceedings specified in sub- sections (1), (5), (6), (8) and (9) thereof after consultation with the concerned Trade union.
