Rule 45. Manner of serving notice before retrenchment of the worker under clause (c) of section 70

Official text

If any employer desires to retrench any worker employed in his industrial establishment who has been in continuous service for not less than one year under him then, such employer shall give notice of such retrenchment, in Form-XIV to the UT of Lakshadweep Administration, and the Secretary (Labour) UT of Lakshadweep Administration through e-mail or, by registered or speed post.
