compounding of offence under sub-section (4) of section 89,

The undersigned and the Compounding Officer under sub-section 1 of section 89 of the

Industrial Relation Code, 2020 hereby intimates that the allegation has been made

against you for committing offence for the violation of various provision of this Code as

per the details given below; -

shall be given and necessary direction for filing of prosecution under section shall be issued.
