Rule 46. Manner of serving notice by the employer for intended closure under sub-section (1) of section 74

Official text

If an employer intends to close down an industrial establishment he shall give notice of such closure in Form XXI to the State Government and a copy thereof to the Labour Commissioner/ Assistant Labour Commissioner / District Labour Officer concerned by e-mail or registered post or speed post.
