These rules may be called the “Industrial Relation (Arunachal Pradesh) Rules, 2021”.
(a) These rules extend to whole of Arunachal Pradesh in respect to the industrial establishments and matters for which the Arunachal Pradesh Government is the appropriate Government.
(b) These rules shall come into force on the date of effect of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020.
