Official text

(1) The verification of workers on the muster roll of the industrial establishment, under sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 14 shall be made in presence of authority as notified by State Government of the concerned area.

(2) The employer of the industrial establishment shall provide reasonable space for negotiation to the recognized negotiating union or negotiating council, as the case may be.
