Rule 32. Application for modification of Standing Order under sub-section (2) of section 35

Official text

The application for modification of an existing standing order under sub-section (2) of section 35 shall be submitted electronically or otherwise or in writing and contain the particulars of such standing orders which are proposed to be modified along with a tabular statement containing details of each of the relevant provisions of standing order in force, and proposed modifications therein, reasons thereof and the details of registered Trade union(s) operating therein, and such statement shall be signed by a person authorized by the industrial establishment or undertaking.
