Rule 26. Manner of authentication of certified standing orders under sub-section(8) of section 30

Standing orders or modification in the standing orders, certified in pursuance of sub-section (8) of Section 30 or the copies of the order of the appellate authority under sub-section (1) of section 33 shall be authenticated by the certifying officer or the appellate authority, as the case may be, and shall be sent electronically or otherwise within a week to all concerned, but there shall not be any requirement of certification in cases of deemed certification under sub-section (3) of section 30 and in cases where the employer has certified adoption of model standing orders.

Provided that where the employer forwards the information in this regard to the concerned certifying officer for any observation, the certifying officer may direct such employer to amend the standing order so adopted within such period as specified.
