Rule 22. Annual Returns of the Trade Union

Official text

The date before which a general statement shall be forwarded annually to the Registrar, the particulars to be contained in general statement and its Form, the person by whom and the manner in which such general statement shall be audited under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section26-The annual return to be furnished under section 26shall be submitted electronically to the Registrar by the 31st day of July in each year and shall be in Form IX.
