Rule 23. Issuing of notification

Chapter VI — Voluntary Reference of Disputes to ArbitrationMade under The Industrial Relations Code, 2020G.O.Rt. No. 111, 12 Jun 2026

Official text

Where an industrial dispute has been referred to arbitration and the State Government is satisfied that the persons making the reference represent the majority of each party, it shall publish a notification in this behalf in the Official Gazette and upload it on the website of the State Labour Department for the information of the employers and workers who are not parties to the arbitration agreement but are concerned in the dispute so that they may present their case before the arbitrator or arbitrators appointed for such purpose.
