Rule 20. Application for modification of standing orders

The application for modification of an existing standing orders under sub-section (2) of section 35 shall be submitted electronically or in person or by registered post or speed post and shall contain the particulars of such standing orders which are proposed to be modified along with a tabular statement containing details of each of the relevant provisions of standing order in force, and proposed modifications therein, reasons thereof and the details of registered Trade Unions operating therein, and such statement shall be signed by a person authorized by the industrial establishment or undertaking or workers or a Trade Union or other representative body of the workers, as the case may be, who has submitted such application for modification.
