THE FIRST TIME , FORCOMPOUNDING OF OFFENCE UNDER SECTION 89 OF

THE INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS CODE, 2020 READWITH RULE 41)

The undersigned, the Compounding Officer, for the purposes of section 89 of the

Industrial Relation Code, 2020 (35of 2020), hereby intimates you that the

allegation has been made against you for committing offence for the violation of

various provision of this Code as per the details given below:––

In case you fail to deposit the said amount within the time so specified, no

further opportunity shall be given to you and necessary steps shall be taken for

filing of prosecution under section 87 of the said Code shall be issued.
