Order 4. Publication of working timings

(1) The hours of work applicable for all categories of workers shall be exhibited on the notice board or electronic notice board and on the portal of the industrial establishment, in Hindi, English and local language.

(2) Any change in hours of work, number of shifts, shift timings, work on the days of the week with staggered weekly holidays or other like matters, shall be displayed on the notice board or electronic notice board of the industrial establishment.
