Order 18. Medical aid in case of accidents

(1) Where a worker meets with an accident in the course of or arising out of his employment, the employer shall, on their expense, make satisfactory arrangements for immediate and necessary medical aid to the injured worker and arrange for further treatment, if considered necessary by the doctor attending on him.

(2) Wherever the worker is entitled to treatment and benefits under the Code on Social Security, he shall be entitled for treatment and benefits under that Code.
