Order 16. Age of retirement
Official text
(1) The age of retirement or superannuation of a worker shall be such as may be agreed upon between the employer and the worker under a written agreement or as specified in a settlement or award which is binding on both the worker and the employer.
(2) In absence of any such agreed age, retirement or superannuation shall be on completion of fifty-eight years of age.
