Order 15. Confirmation
Official text
(1) The employer shall, in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the letter of appointment, confirm the eligible worker and issue a letter of confirmation.
(2) Whenever, a worker is confirmed, an entry with regard to that effect shall be made in service card within a period of thirty days from the date of such confirmation.
