Rule 35. Fees for appeal under sub-section (2) of section 105

Official text

An appeal preferred under sub-section (1) of Section 105 shall be accompanied by a non-refundable fee equivalent to half percent, but not exceeding rupees twenty five thousand, of the amount in dispute or penalty or both, as the case may be, under such appeal; which shall be paid and shall be credited to the treasury in the head of the account as may be specified by the UT Administration of Lakshadweep from time to time.
