Rule 15. Terms and conditions of appointment of Secretary, other officers and employees of the Board

Official text

The Secretary, other officers and employees of the Board shall be appointed on such terms and conditions and shall be paid such salary and allowances, as may be determined by the Board from time to time with the approval of the Government.
