Rule 21. Manner of registration

(1) Every Employer of an establishment covered by the Code shall get his/her establishment registered electronically or otherwise with competent authority in Form-XIII within thirty days from the date of notification of the compulsory insurance specified under sub section (1) of section 57 of the Code.

(2) The Board of Trustees shall include an equal number of representatives of the employer

(3) Any amount directed to be paid under sub-section (4) of Section 57 shall be recoverable
