Rule 6. Application in respect of any dispute to be filed before the Grievance

Redressal Committee by any aggrieved worker under sub-section (5) of section 4.-Any aggrieved worker may file an application stating his dispute therein before the Grievance Redressal Committee giving his name, designation, employee Code, Department where posted, length of service in years, category of worker, address for correspondence, contact number, details of grievances and relief sought. Such application may be sent electronically or otherwise. The Grievance may be raised within one year from the date on which the cause of action of such dispute arises.
