The Jammu and Kashmir Industrial Relations Rules, 2026
i. These rules may be called The Jammu and Kashmir Industrial Relations Rules, 2026; ii. They shall extend to the territorial jurisdiction of Jammu and Kashmir; ili. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
