(1) Any employer intending to effect any change in the conditions of service applicable to any worker in respect of any matter specified in the Third Schedule to the Code, shall give notice in (Form-VI) to such worker affected by such change.
(2) The notice referred in sub-rule (1) shall be displayedconspicuously by the employer on the notice board at the main entrance of the industrial establishment and the office of the concerned Manager of the industrial establishment:
Provided that wherethere is a registered Trade Union or registered Trade Unions relating to the industrial establishment a copy of such notice shall also be served on the Secretary of such Trade Union or each of the Secretaries of such Unions, as the case may be.
