If an employer intends to close down an industrial establishment he shall give notice of such closure in (Form-XIII) to the Jammu and Kashmir Government and a copy thereof to the Labour Commissioner, J&k, Deputy Labour Commissioner/concerned Assistant Labour Commissioner having jurisdiction by e-mail or registered post or speed post.
