Official text

When a vacancy occurs or is likely to occur in the membership of the Andhra Pradesh Unorganised Workers Social Security Board, Member- Secretary of the Board shall submit a report to the State Government and on receipt of such report, the State Government may, by notification, nominate a person to fill the vacancy in the manner specified under sub rules (1) and (2) of rule 4, and the person so nominated shall hold office for the remainder of the term of office of the member in whose place he is nominated.
