The Industrial Relations (Gujarat) Rules, 2021
The facilities to be provided by the industrial establishment under sub-section (7) of section 14 to a negotiating union or negotiating council shall be mutually decided by the industrial establishment and a negotiating union or negotiating council, as the case may be.
