Rule 18. Qualifications and Experience for Competent authority under sub-section (1) of Section 91

Under Section 91 sub-section (1) of the Code on Social Security, 2020 (36 of 2020), the Deputy Labour Commissioner having at least one year of work experice as Assistant Labour Commissioner shall be the competent authority, within his area of jurisdiction.
