Rule 10. Qualifications and experience of the officer appointed as the competent authority under sub-section (

1) of section 58.- Under Section 58 sub-section (1) of the Code on Social Security, 2020 (36 of 2020), the Deputy Labour Commissioner having at least one year of work experice as Assistant Labour Commissioner shall be the competent authority, within his area of jurisdiction.
