Rule 14. The manner of exhibiting the notice under sub-section (2) of section 19

A notice referred to in sub-section (2) of section 19 of the Code shall be displayed in physical form or electronically in Hindi and English at the conspicuous places in the premises of the establishment in which the employment is carried on so that every concerned employee would be easily able to read the contents of the notice, and a copy of the notice shall be sent forthwith to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator having jurisdiction by registered post or electronically.
