For the purpose of clause (f)(ii) of sub-section(2) of section 18 of the Code, deduction for recovery of loans approved by the state government and made from any fund constituted for the welfare of labour, and the interest, if any, due in respect thereof shall be, subject to any direction made or circular issued by the state government from time to time for realizing the loans and interest, if any.
