Annual return to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator

What to do
Send an annual return in Form XVII, covering the categories of employees, health and welfare facilities, retrenchment or lay-offs, bonus and maternity benefits, to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator having jurisdiction rule 74 s. 33(d).
Who it applies to
Every employer of an establishment rule 74. Under the OSH Code an establishment is a place in which ten or more workers are employed s. 2(1)(v).

When
So that it reaches the Inspector-cum-Facilitator on or before the last day of February following the end of each calendar year rule 74.
How
Upload the return in Form XVII and Form XVIII on the designated portal on or before the 28th or 29th day of February following the end of each calendar year rule 72(5).
An establishment covered by the provident fund and ESI Chapters of the Code on Social Security also submits a self-declaration in Part IV of Form XVII, electronically rule 72.
