What to do
Submit an annual return in Form XVII (Part III) electronically to the authority and the Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) concerned rule 98(9).
Who it applies to
Every principal employer of an establishment covered by the contract labour Part rule 98(9). Establishments in which fifty or more contract labour are employed, or were employed on any day of the preceding twelve months, through contract, and manpower supply contractors who have employed fifty or more contract labour on any such day s. 45(1).

When
So that it reaches them on or before the last day of February following the end of each calendar year rule 98(9).
How
Not needed for a contract that undertakes to produce a given result rule 98(9).
