What to do
File the returns under the Code on Wages electronically, in the Forms under the OSH Code rule 48. The OSH annual return is in Form XVII rule 74.
Who it applies to
Every employer of an establishment to which the Code on Wages applies rule 48.
When
The Wages Rules give no date of their own. The OSH annual return must reach the Inspector-cum-Facilitator on or before the last day of February following the end of each calendar year rule 74.
