What to do
Upload a further return in Form XVII and Form XVIII on the designated portal, for the period between the end of the preceding year and the date of the sale, abandonment or discontinuance rule 72(6).
Who it applies to
The employer of an establishment to which the OSH Code applies, if they sell, abandon or discontinue it rule 72(6). Under the OSH Code an establishment is a place in which ten or more workers are employed s. 2(1)(v).

When
Within one month of the sale or abandonment, or four months of the discontinuance rule 72(6).
