What must my employer do to keep the workplace safe?
- Your employer must keep the workplace free from hazards that cause or are likely to cause injury or occupational disease OSH s. 6(1)(a).
- Your employer cannot charge you for anything done or provided for safety and health at work OSH s. 6(1)(g).
