Do small employers of domestic or farm workers need wage registers?
- An employer of not more than five persons for agriculture or domestic purposes need not keep these registers, notices or slips s. 50(4).
- But they must show reasonable proof of payment to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator when asked s. 50(4).
