NOTIFICATION Jaipur, August 12, 2026

S.O.40.-Whereas a draft of the Code on Wages (Rajasthan) Rules, 2026 was published as required bysub-section (1) of section 67 of theCode on Wages, 2019 (Central Act No. 29 of 2019) published in the Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary part 4 (ga) up-khand (II) dated January 13, 2026 for inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby, before expiry of forty five days from the date on which copies of the Official Gazette containingthe said draft rules were made available to the public; And whereas the copies of the Official Gazette in which said draft rules were published and made available to the public on January 13, 2026; And whereasobjections and suggestions received from the public on the said draft rules were considered by the State Government; Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by section 67 of the Code on Wages, 2019 (Central Act No. 29 of 2019), the State Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
