Rule 45. Annual Return

Official text

The return under these rules shall be filed electronically by every employer of an establishment to which the Code applies in the relevant columns of the Form specified for such purpose in the rules made under the Code on Wages, 2019 (29 of 2019). A copy of such return shall also be forwarded electronically to the Labour Bureau, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India.
