Rule 14. Period within which appeal is to be preferred by Trade Union to Tribunal under sub-section (1) of section 10

Official text

If an application is refused by the Registrar for granting registration or cancel registration certificate under Sub-Section (5) of Section 9, the person aggrieved may appeal to the Tribunal within the period of 60 days from the date of refusal of application or cancellation of certificate.
