Rule 9. Duties of employee

(1) Where any employee becomes aware of an unsafe or unhealthy condition in the establishment, such employee shall as soon as practicable report the matter to the employer or health and safety representative or safety officer or official for their workplace or agent or manager in case of mine.
(2) The representative, safety officer, official, agent or manager, as the case may be, shall thereupon report the matter to the employer immediately.
