How do I raise a safety concern at work?

  • You can get information from your employer about your health and safety at work, and raise inadequate protection with your employer and then the Inspector-cum-Facilitator OSH s. 14(1).
  • If you reasonably fear imminent serious injury, death or danger to health, tell your employer and at the same time the Inspector-cum-Facilitator OSH s. 14(2).
  • If your employer disagrees, the matter goes to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator, whose decision is final OSH s. 14(4).
