How are PF claims and corrections handled?
- A complete claim must be settled within twenty days G.S.R. 525(E), paragraph 54.
- Tell the Commissioner about any error in your statement within three months of it being published G.S.R. 525(E), paragraph 30.
- An Authorised Officer can decide what your employer owes, up to five years after the amount fell due s. 125(1).
