Do I get nursing breaks after returning from maternity leave?
- You get two nursing breaks a day, on top of your normal rest interval, until your child is fifteen months old s. 66.
- Each break is 15 minutes, plus up to 15 minutes to get to and from the crèche rule 36(1).
- Your normal daily wages cannot be cut because of nursing breaks s. 69.
