What are my duties as an employer under the Labour Codes?
- The checklist linked below shows the duties your headcount and sector bring in. The annual return in Form XVII must reach the Inspector-cum-Facilitator electronically on or before the last day of February following each calendar year OSH rule 74.
- A new establishment under the OSH Code applies for registration within sixty days of the Code applying to it OSH s. 3(1).
