Will I get a chance to fix a breach before being prosecuted under the Code on Wages?

For most breaches other than underpayment, and for records, the Inspector-cum-Facilitator must first give you a written direction and time to comply s. 54(3).
Some offences can be compounded on application by a Gazetted Officer, for fifty per cent of the maximum fine s. 56(1).
