Give notice, stating the reasons, before closing a training centre or discontinuing it for more than sixty days rule 176.
Who it applies to
The employer of a mine, or the owner of a common vocational training centre rule 176.
When
Not less than thirty days before the closure or discontinuance, and forthwith if it happens through unforeseen circumstances rule 176.
