Training before new technology or after long absence

What to do
Before introducing new technology, equipment or a new system of work in the mine, prepare and submit a training module to the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator rule 161(1).
Who it applies to
Every mine rule 161(1).
When
At least sixty days before the introduction rule 161(1).
How
A person returning after an absence of more than one year, after a serious accident or dangerous occurrence, or to a different job, must be trained before working rule 162.
